Lease Purchase

You are not dealing with a realtor or a management company, we are the owners of all the houses that we offer.   We offer a 3 year Lease Purchase program.  You can close before that or you can take advantage of the entire 3 years if you need it. Our program offers a low down payment (i.e. $1900 - $5900), reasonable monthly payments along with down payment assistance programs in the form of rent credit up to $150 per month.  When you are ready to purchase the home, you can contact us and we will put you in contact with the most creative mortgage companies who are able to walk you hand in hand to the closing table to get you the best possible home mortgage.  With this lease purchase program, it is our full intention to make your home buying experience as easy as possible.Top

Owner Financing

Under this plan we can do the financing for you with a low to moderate down payment.  And we finance the balance for you ourselves.  It does not involve any bank or mortgage company qualifying.  This is a deal just between you and us.  No fuss, no red tape — it's easy.   **With us your credit is approved.  We will not turn you down with bad credit.
If you don't have the total down payment now we can do a lease purchase with a small down payment and give you up to three (3) years to complete the down payment by making small monthly payments toward your total down payment.  Then we will close, we finance the whole deal.   It doesn't get any easier than this. Rental Info.

We offer a select number of homes available for lease.  These homes are top quality homes unlike any "rental" house you've ever seen.  They are updated with new or almost new carpet or refinished hardwood floors, new countertops, fresh paint inside and out, and cleaned ready for you to move into.
Most of our properties come complete with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (unless you prefer your own), central heat and central air conditioning.
All you need to do is move your furniture in.
We require the first month's rent but we do prorate the first month so you only end up paying for the time you move in plus a reasonable security deposit which is refundable after you move out.
We offer 1, 2 and 3 year leases for your security and comfort. Top
